Drags a soapbox to the middle of the stage.
Taps a microphone to see if it is on.
Stands on said soapbox.
"What the hell is wrong with some of you!"
This is not a question; it is a statement, and seriously, some of you have never worked in customer service, and it sure as hell shows. Or for those who will say they are too good to work in customer service, you were never taught basic respect and decency.
Now, people who have seen my previous posts on customer service and the retail season know this is a hill I will die on. However, this is not that post. That will be around Thanksgiving.
This post is about how some people have made it their job to make customer service agents cry. Seriously, what is wrong with you? What kind of person takes joy in trying to make a person cry?
I joked with my store manager that I am worried my inside voice will turn into my outside voice. Honestly, I have bitten my lip so hard.
So remember the next time you want to be a bully or a butt hole to that cashier or customer service representative, Santa is watching, and he will call Krampus on you.
